Welcome to the 2026 IPHT
On behalf of the Peel Regional Police Service and the IPHT committee, it is with great pleasure that we welcome everyone to the 63rd annual International Police Hockey Tournament which will be held February 19 & 20 in the Towns of Mississauga and Brampton.
Our event is 100% non-profit. The charity partners for this year are Boots on the Ground, the Seva Food Bank and the Make Your Mark Foundation.
We would like to thank Durham Regional Police for hosting the tournament in 2024 and congratulate them on donating $41, 000 to local charities.
HOST HOTEL - The Hilton Mississauga / Meadowvale
The tournament fee is $800 per team. Your tournament fee includes a three game guarantee and a registration / reception evening for your team members.
Payment is due by February 1, 2026.
Canadian Teams: Payment will be accepted by e-transfer or cheque.

Exclusive Law Enforcement Event
The International Police Hockey Tournament is open to all members who fall into one of the following categories:
- Active Police Officer
- Retired Police Officer
- Full time civilian employee of a police service
- Peace officer including corrections officers, arson investigators, CBSA, park rangers and border patrol members.
* Please note volunteer / auxiliary officers are not eligible to play.
Your IPHT Committee
The IPHT committee is comprised of members from various services throughout Ontario. The committee members meet monthly to ensure the tournament runs smoothly and the host receives any and all support necessary. The IPHT committee is responsible for the following:
- ensure consistency of events
- support the event host
- ensure integrity of event through financial transparency
- ensure a safe and exclusive event for participants through identification checks
- enforce rules and administer and monitor suspensions
- maintain the website
- meet on a regular basis and maintain minutes of meetings
- review events and implement improvements
